Build software you'd actually be proud of.

We become the product engineering team for the companies we work with. That means real ownership, real users, and real consequences. If you want your work to matter and to ship, you will feel at home here.

We will be honest about what this is. The work is demanding, the standard is high, and you will own things end to end rather than waiting for permission. In exchange you get to skip the busywork and the politics, and spend your time on problems that are worth solving.

The structure is flat on purpose. There is no layer between you and the product, no account manager translating your ideas into tickets. You talk to the people who use what you build, and you stay close enough to the outcome to feel it when it lands.

We do not collect resumes for the sake of it. If we are hiring, we want to hire you well, and if we are not, we would still rather know the strong people who might join later than not.

From hello to an offer, without the theatre.

A short, honest process with a real, paid exercise instead of trick questions.

Step 1

Introduce yourself

Apply on LinkedIn with whatever best shows your work: code, designs, shipped products. No cover-letter performance needed.

Step 2

A real conversation

We talk about how you think, what you have owned, and what you want next. You ask us hard questions too.

Step 3

Work on something real

A small, paid, clearly defined exercise close to the actual work, so the fit is obvious to both of us before anyone commits.

Step 4

Decide together

If it is a yes on both sides, we move quickly and tell you exactly what the first weeks look like.

The few things that matter most.

  • Ownership: you finish what you start and you care how it works in the real world.
  • Taste: you can tell good from merely working, and you push for the former.
  • Honesty: you say the real trade-off, even when the easy answer is more comfortable.
  • Curiosity about AI, and the judgement to use it where it helps.
  • Kindness under pressure, because the hard weeks are when it matters most.
  • A bias for shipping: you would rather have something real this week than something perfect someday.

A place where the work, and you, can grow.

  • Real ownership of products with real users, not tickets in a queue.
  • Teammates you will learn from, and who will learn from you.
  • Weekly shipping, so your work reaches people while it still feels fresh.
  • Room to go deep on AI, infrastructure, design, or product, as your strengths pull you.
  • Remote-first work with a calm, deliberate weekly rhythm.
  • Honest feedback and a flat structure, so good ideas win regardless of who has them.

The areas we most often grow.

When we have specific open roles, we list them here. When we do not, we still want to hear from strong people, so reach out anyway.
