An AI-native software studio that owns the outcome.
We are the product engineering team behind other people's products. We build new AI-native software, scale the products teams already have, and bring brittle legacy operations into an AI-first world, with full ownership the whole way.
Zeto started the way a lot of good things do, through trust. Someone we built for told someone else, and the work kept coming because we kept our promises. Over time that turned into a simple conviction: software is never really finished at launch, so the people who build it should not disappear at launch either.
So we work like an in-house team rather than a shop you brief and chase. One product lead and one engineering lead own the arc from the first call until it is live, ship working software every week, and stay accountable to whether the thing actually works for your users.
Built by someone who ships.
The person accountable for every engagement.
- Problem framing and system architecture
- End to end development and delivery
- Speed with discipline, by habit
- Hyderabad, India
Venkatesh founded Zeto after watching the same thing stall one real product after another: a team with vision and urgency, slowed by unclear early decisions and delivery it could not trust. Zeto exists to bring structure to exactly that phase, so products move with clarity, steady momentum, and foundations that hold.
He leads the studio across product strategy and engineering, from problem framing and system architecture through development and delivery operations. The habit people notice first is speed with discipline: early technical decisions that keep a product flexible, and systems designed to stay reliable under real usage and real growth.
The bar he holds the studio to is not features shipped. It is software that teams can maintain, stakeholders can rely on, and users come back to. In practice that means slowing down just enough at the start to get alignment, validating early, shipping in clean increments, and staying close to the product after launch.
The team is built on the same principles: ownership, curiosity, and responsibility, and people who take pride in doing the work properly. It is why engagements here tend to feel like long-term product partnerships rather than short-term projects.
We meet products wherever they are.
Three journeys, one accountable team.
Zero to one
From a blank page to a launched product, with AI built in from the start rather than added later.
One to infinity
Scaling and hardening the products you already have, so they hold up as real usage grows.
Legacy to AI-first
Replacing scattered spreadsheets and brittle tools with one platform, then adding intelligence on solid ground.
and 1 to infinity
ownership, end to end
working software
partners who stay
