Product Manager

Choose outcomes over features and say no well, keeping a build honest from the first bet to what real usage teaches us.

Full-timeRemote, IndiaMid to senior4+ years experience

What this role is, in plain terms.

You will own the why and the what for products we build, choosing outcomes over output and keeping a build honest from the first bet to what real usage teaches us. You work shoulder to shoulder with design and engineering, stay close to the people who use the product, and have the judgement to say no well.

What you will own.

  • Turn a business outcome into the smallest build that proves it, and sequence the rest.
  • Keep a roadmap honest as real usage and constraints come in.
  • Say no to the wrong feature with a clear, shared reason.
  • Run a tight weekly rhythm with design and engineering, making decisions rather than status.
  • Stay close to users and carry their reality into every call.
  • Define what success looks like and measure against it after launch.

What the role asks of you.

  • Four or more years in product management, owning a product or a meaningful part of one.
  • A track record of shipping and of choosing outcomes over output.
  • Clear, honest communication with customers, stakeholders, and the team.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a genuine bias for shipping.
  • Enough technical or design fluency to earn the team's trust.

Helpful, but not required.

  • Experience taking a product from zero to one.
  • A technical or design background you can draw on.
  • Experience in a studio, agency, or client-facing setting.

A clear path in, not a cold start.

What the early going actually looks like.

Weeks 1 to 2

Learn fast

Get deep on the products, the users, and the team, and pick up a live decision early.

Month 1

Own a roadmap

Take ownership of a product area's roadmap and its weekly delivery rhythm.

Quarter 1

Own outcomes

Carry the outcomes for an engagement and the value the product creates for its users.

What the studio offers in return.

  • Real ownership of products with real users, not tickets in a queue.
  • Teammates you will learn from, and who will learn from you.
  • Weekly shipping, so your work reaches people while it still feels fresh.
  • Room to go deep on AI, infrastructure, design, or product, as your strengths pull you.
  • Remote-first work with a calm, deliberate weekly rhythm.
  • Honest feedback and a flat structure, so good ideas win regardless of who has them.
